Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.
The Senior Sales Operations Analyst role is part of our corporate Business Development (BD) team that is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of global BD initiatives, including strategic technology alliances and partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for for Business Insights & Reporting by creating and analysing with Tableau dashboards and help support technology partner GTM operations. In addition to these tools, you will use Excel and PowerPoint to present insights and outcomes of Technology Partner activity to review GTM programs with Technology Alliances and strategize better leverage of Technology Partner Ecosystem for fuelling sales growth. You'll:
- Support the BD team with creating and enhancing Tableau dashboards, including ongoing QA with Salesforce reports.
- Own ad-hoc analytics and account mapping requests from BD team.
- BD weekly, monthly, and quarterly analytics.
- Support operational programs and initiatives to improve engagement and impact with Technology Partners
- Support US based BD team, while collaborating with India based Business Intelligence, Sales Operations and Marketing Operations teams
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Engineering or MBA degree, with 6-8 years of sales operations experience in the software industry required. Prior experience working with US based teams.
- Must be highly technical and uses the data management and reporting tools on a daily basis and with expert-level proficiency in Tableau, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet.
- Moderate proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) reporting and understanding of Snowflake usage with Tableau.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Organize data and obtain insights. Interpret and translate our requirements and goals into a structured analytical approach with appropriate tools and methodologies to deliver expected outputs.
- High accuracy in work, and strong timeline adherence. Manage multiple, concurrent projects and work independently.
- Collaboration skill and ability to work with all levels of the organization including senior executives and external partners.
