The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst will lead the analysis of complex business needs and drive the implementation of Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing processes for improvement, developing functional and technical requirements, designing process flow diagrams, configuring and testing Salesforce solutions, creating training materials, providing user support, and collaborating with the development team. The role also involves leading Agile ceremonies, communicating with stakeholders, and mentoring junior analysts. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce and related platforms.

Must Have

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience with Salesforce declarative functionality.
  • In-depth understanding of Sales Cloud features.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality.
  • Project management experience or experience leading projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.

Job Description

This is a challenging opportunity for a Salesforce Senior Business Analyst to join the Global Commercial Platforms function. Working within Dentsu Service Lines & Primary Markets, the key focus will be to lead the analysis of complex business needs and drive the implementation of Salesforce solutions. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and development teams to gather detailed requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of valuable solutions to stakeholders.

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Lead the gathering and documenting of business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for significant improvement and optimization.
  • Develop detailed functional and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Design and create process flow diagrams, data models, and other visual representations of business processes and system architecture.
  • Lead the configuration and testing of Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials and user documentation for complex systems and processes.
  • Provide expert-level support to users and proactively address user issues.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood, and solutions are implemented correctly.
  • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrums, and sprint reviews.
  • Effectively communicate information with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Mentor and guide junior Business Analysts.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
  • In-depth experience with Salesforce declarative functionality and an understanding of when to use code.
  • In-depth understanding of Sales Cloud features, opportunity management & Sales Processes.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality, ideally holding certifications
  • Experience with Pardot and Agentforce preferred.
  • Project management experience or experience leading projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
  • Outstanding presentation and leadership skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working remotely and asynchronously with team members across different countries and time zones.
  • Be able to manage the complexity of communications depending on the audience, whilst maintaining clarity of communication.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be a self-starter and willing to get stuck in.
  • Strong organizational skills and resourcefulness.
  • Proven ability to deliver on commitments.
  • Salesforce Administrator 201 Certification & Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification preferred.
  • Certifications such as Certified Agile Product Owner, Certified Agile Scrum Master etc would be advantageous.
