Cypher Games, a mobile gaming company founded by passionate gamers, is seeking experienced game developers/engineers to join their dynamic team. You will contribute to the success of their first casual puzzle game, enjoying high-level ownership in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include contributing new ideas to game features, developing robust and scalable architectures for a worldwide player base, analyzing game mechanics to enhance player engagement, brainstorming and iterating on ideas to improve user experience, and conducting code and architecture reviews to optimize game efficiency.

Good To Have:

Experience in casual/mid-core game development.
Experience in native Android/iOS development.

Must Have:

College degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Unity & C#.
Knowledge of software architecture design, OOP, and design patterns.
Creative mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Sharp understanding of user experience.
Strong team player and attentive listener.
