Job Description

The Senior Software Technologist will need to be proficient in Python, AWS, K8, Dockers, load balancing, API development, .Net, and UI Frameworks like REACT and Typescripts. They should also have knowledge of Gen AI, including LLMs and prompt engineering, a strong understanding of security requirements and responsible AI, and a passion for automation. The role involves building, maintaining, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines, as well as rapid prototyping through effective collaboration. The ideal candidate is a continuous learner, curious, goal-oriented, and proactive in building on ideas. The role is an on-site position, requiring full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Must have:
  • 10-13 years of software development experience.

Skills needed to succeed in the job –

  • 10-13 years of software development experience. Hands on coding and design background.
  • Proficient in Python, AWS, K8, Dockers, load balancing, API development, .Net, UI Frameworks like REACT, Typescripts.
  • Knowledgeable about Gen AI – LLMs, prompt engineering.
  • Good understanding of Security requirements and responsible AI.
  • Ability and interest to learn new programing language, evolving technologies.
  • Passionate to automate. Build, maintain and enhance pipelines – CI & CD.
  • Ability to explore and rapid prototyping through effective collaboration across geographies
  • A continuous learner, CURIOUS and goal oriented.
  • Proactive in building on ideas. End to end thinking. Ability to take a step back and have a holistic approach to the problem solving.



How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
