Team Introduction Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company. Responsibilities 1. Develop a deep understanding of pain points and needs in legal management processes, leveraging advanced information technology to design and implement efficient, intelligent legal system solutions. These solutions will enhance the efficiency of legal affairs management, mitigate legal risks, and fortify compliance capabilities; 2. Manage demand management and solution delivery for legal products across various business lines, collaborating with product managers to fulfill business requirements and ensure timely delivery; 3. Stay abreast of legal industry trends, legislative changes, and emerging technology applications in the legal sector. Analyze their potential impact on legal system solutions, identifying innovation opportunities; 4. Conduct research on industry-leading legal system products and solutions, evaluating their pros and cons to inform optimization strategies for the company's solutions; 5. Lead cross-functional teams of legal and technical experts to assess requirements, evaluate feasibility, determine technical implementation complexity, and consider potential impacts on existing systems and business operations.

Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Law or a related field, and at least 5 years of legal related working experience; 2. Familiar with the corporate legal management process, and have successfully led or participated in formulating and implementing large-scale legal system solutions; 3. Possess knowledge of various specialisations of law with profound legal analysis and interpretation skills, and be able to accurately identify areas of risk in legal operations; 4. Strong adaptability and the ability to quickly adjust to internal and external changes such as shifts in requirements, adjustments to laws and regulations, technological upgrades, and promptly modify solutions and project plans accordingly. Preferred Qualifications 1. Have an innovative mindset to constantly explore the application of emerging technologies in the legal field, bringing to the table new ideas and methods with regards to legal system solutions; 2. Have a good sense of teamwork, being willing to share your experience and knowledge to work towards the overall development of the team.
