Job Description
As a Senior Staff Engineer, InfraOps at Nagarro, you'll leverage your deep technical expertise and leadership skills to drive impactful solutions for our clients. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable infrastructure solutions, while also mentoring and guiding your team members. This role requires a strong understanding of various infrastructure technologies, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You'll be challenged to think beyond technical problems and contribute to strategic decisions, making a tangible difference in our clients' success.
Must have:
- Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies
- Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to lead and mentor team members
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Good to have:
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
- Understanding of security best practices
