The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Supply Planning Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for capacity planning and ensuring optimal supply levels to meet customer demands. You will be responsible for supply forecasting, analyzing market trends, and identifying potential risks and opportunities. Additionally, you will track production attainment, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with various departments such as procurement, operations, and sales to ensure effective cross-functional communication and alignment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills are crucial for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to maintain a 12-week rolling transportation and manufacturing Supply planning model based upon Demand Planning forecasts.
  • Partner with Demand planning team to build longer-term 24-month forecasts; to assist with materials management, ingredient procurement, and manufacturing capacity planning.
  • Maintain partnerships and communicate with multiple External Manufacturers to accurately track production attainment and Vendor KPI performance.
  • Establish and implement inventory planning and production scheduling parameters to be executed by Production Schedulers within each supply facility.
  • Frequent communication with Alani External Manufacturing, Customer Service & Inventory teams providing support on Inventory Management, Transportation, Warehousing, and Customer order fulfillment strategy.
  • Create and maintain schedules and product part numbers, BOMs, etc. in the ERP System.
  • Develop and drive processes to ensure outputs are delivered through collaboration, teamwork, and discussion with the greater Alani business stakeholders.
  • Other duties as required.

Key Skills and Experience Preferred:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Preferred Industries: Food and Beverage, Wine and Spirits, Food Production, Nutraceuticals, Dairy.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of responsibility in Planning, Scheduling, or Supply Chain analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral).
  • Ability to work independently/Self-starter.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Strong MS Office/Excel capabilities.
  • Has a demonstrated passion that align with the core values of Alani Nu.
  • Experience with NetSuite/ERP systems is a plus.
