We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, decisive and creative Recruiter with end to end responsibilities. You will play a core role in driving Univrse’s recruitment strategy. You will have the responsibility to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. You’ll join a very young company where recruitment happens on ad-hoc processes until now and you’ll be in charge of creating processes, implement ATS. In return, you’ll have a high autonomy, within our very small hr team, reporting to the CEO. The company grows with light-speed and we need someone who can keep up the growth while their partner in HR is strengthening the company culture and processes.

The Univrse Experience Manager gives total control over multi-user installations and it drastically boosts the creation process of immersive content.
