This role involves providing product oversight across transformation initiatives at large enterprises, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and Google's Product teams, and serving as a thought leader for customer experience transformation. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, solving customer use cases with Cloud AI conversational products, creating reusable assets, delivering training, and working closely with stakeholders to provide expert guidance on solution decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong data-driven management skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment across multiple industry verticals.
Good To Have:- Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Experience in telecommunications or contact centers
- Knowledge of TensorFlow
