Senior Test Manager

Job Summary
To lead the testing team acroos multiple projects/modules to ensure the deliverables meet the client requirements and the specified quality and timeline parameters.

• Key Responsibilities
  1. To be responsible for strategic planning, team/resource management, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products within established timelines & budgets.
  2. Develops and implements overall testing strategies, in alignment with project goals and Identifies opportunities for testing process improvement and optimization across the project/modules.
  3. To build strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage customer expectations on deliverables.
  4. To lead| guide| manage| engage and develop the team of testers; fostering professional development across the organization.
  5. To provide guidance on complex testing scenarios/ technical challenges, participate in organisation initiatives like CMMI compliance | DQI and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing.
