Senior UI Designer

We're seeking a Sr. UI Designer to shape our Visual AI platform's future, creating intuitive experiences that simplify and delight both developers and subject matter experts. If you're passionate about simplifying complex workflows into elegant solutions, join us.

• Develop user-centered designs that account for both customer needs and Landing AI’s business strategies
• Quickly yet thoroughly create user flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors
• Craft consistent, delightful interfaces using strong UI principles (color, typography, graphics) and integrate all products into a unified design language for a cohesive user experience.
• Apply user-centered design processes to ensure designs are grounded in user-research, executed, and tested
• Work closely with product team and engineering team to develop user story and feature requirements
• Work closely with local product and engineering team and design team in China (ie: might need to stay late)

• Proven Design Experience: 4-6 years of experience working as a UI Designer preferably with a focus on GenAI or developer-facing tools
• Outstanding visual design skills: Expertise in creating illustrations, iconography, maintain a unified design language, and deliver exceptional visual design that aligns with the product’s overall strategy and goals.
• Expert knowledge in UI patterns, graphic design principles, responsive design, and system design standards to create cohesive and adaptable interfaces across devices and screen sizes.
• Ability to design and implement micro-interactions and animations to enhance the overall visual experience and usability of interfaces.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining scalable design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across products.
• Ability to turn around rigorous wireframes and mockups in an iterative, fast-paced and an agile environment
• Strong experience using design & prototyping tools including but not limited to Figma, After Effect, etc.
