Job Description

As a Senior User Acquisition Manager at SuperPlay, you will be responsible for hands-on management of user acquisition and retargeting campaigns across multiple partners. This involves monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs, developing and executing new marketing strategies, building partnerships, and providing weekly performance updates. Collaboration with internal teams (Product, Monetization, Game economy, BI) is crucial, requiring adaptation to upcoming changes and features. You'll conduct market research, stay updated on industry trends, and collaborate with the creative marketing team to test innovative ideas. The role demands a deep understanding of performance marketing across platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and AppLovin, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Must have:
  • 3+ years experience managing high-budget performance marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Meta, Google Ads, and AppLovin
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Good to have:

What will you do at SuperPlay?

  • Hands-on management of user acquisition and retargeting campaigns across multiple partners, including DSPs, SDK networks, and more.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to reach, maintain, and exceed Superplay’s KPI’s.
  • Plan, develop, and execute new marketing strategies & tests to enhance our UA and RT efforts.
  • Build and maintain strategic and fruitful partnerships with key acquisition partners.
  • Weekly updates on performance, trends, and initiatives are done with the different media partners.
  • Collaborate with other team members and marketing channels, and share knowledge of the latest learnings to improve our marketing and other departments' capabilities.
  • Cooperate with our creative marketing team and constantly test new & innovative ideas.
  • Cooperate with Product, Monetization, Game economy, and BI teams, and be on top of upcoming changes, features, promotions, tests, and issues while adjusting our marketing plans accordingly.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends & new opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends & updates, ensuring their implementation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing high-budget, large-scale performance marketing campaigns across key platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and AppLovin (Preferable in the gaming industry).
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail
  • B.A./B.Sc. in Economics/ Statistics/ Business Management/ Engineering or other quantitative fields
  • Attention to detail & the ability to prioritize and work against deadlines and performance goals.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate, and work effectively with partners and within a team.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel.
  • Fluent English – both written and verbal (must).
