We are searching for a ‘SVP Software Engineering’ with responsibility for scaling and leading all software departments across sports. The role spans more than 250 software engineers, all managed out of Hørsholm, just north of Copenhagen, Denmark.
Trackman is a fast-growing sports technology company that empowers athletes in golf, baseball, US football, and football to get the most out of their game and make their experience more engaging. Our solutions combine radar and vision-based tracking, advanced algorithms, and a large portfolio of applications across platforms. We are an integrated part in the daily lives of professional players and millions of amateurs across the world. In 2025, we will track close to 5 billion golf shots.
We are around 1,000 employees globally, primarily in our offices in Denmark, US, UK, India, Japan, and Korea. We are privately owned, which allows us to make decisions fast, and invest where we see significant opportunities.
You will lead the R&D Software Engineering organization, which includes several different software departments working primarily across golf and baseball, and with developers in American football, soccer and other sports.
Key tasks for the role are:
You will be a key member of the Executive Management Team and support the overall strategic and organizational development of Trackman – one of the global leaders in sports technology. You will work closely with both our two other R&D organizations; ‘Hardware’ and ‘Tracking’ on new products, and with our Product Management Teams on roadmaps and jointly ensure efficient development processes.
You will balance developing world-class products with innovative solutions, while ensuring focus on product stability for our large B2B customers.
You will work out of our new ‘Innovation Center’ in Hørsholm, Denmark. You should expect around 20 travel days per year. You will report to the Vice CEO of Trackman.
