We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with strong front-end experience and a keen eye for design. This role involves leading the development and optimization of our WordPress website, shaping our brand's visual expression. You will be responsible for the entire website lifecycle, translating ideas into high-performing, visually appealing pages that drive conversions. Key duties include maintaining consistency across web assets, developing new components in WordPress using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, and proactively identifying areas for site improvement. You will also optimize for performance, SEO, and GenAI search engines, implement analytics tracking, and collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Product teams. Strong project management, clear communication, and timely delivery are essential.
Must have:
- 4+ years of Web Developer experience, WordPress focus
- Strong front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress theming
- Proficient in Node.js and React
- Excellent visual design, layout, interaction skills
- Comfortable working without full design mockups
- Experience optimizing for SEO and GenAI search behavior
- Familiar with Google Analytics, GTM, remarketing tags
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Experience with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Design
Good to have:

Job Details
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Web Developer with a proven track record of strong front-end experience and a sharp eye for design. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role where you will lead the development and optimization of our WordPress website while helping shape the visual expression of our brand. You must be equally confident writing clean, scalable code and making UI/UX decisions when a Figma file isn’t provided. A strong sense of urgency, ownership, and attention to detail is a must.
Core Responsibilities
- Own the entire website lifecycle — from concept to live production and ongoing optimization.
- Translate stakeholder ideas into high-performing, visually polished pages that drive conversions.
- Maintain consistency across all web assets — ensuring global components and styles are applied sitewide.
- Develop new pages and components in WordPress using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement across the site, not just based on direct requests.
- Optimize for performance, SEO, and GenAI search engines (structured data, tagging, schema, etc.)
- Implement analytics tracking, form integrations, and event-based conversion tracking.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in UX, visual design, and SEO/AI-driven search behavior.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Design, and Product teams to execute on roadmap and campaigns.
- Ensure strong project management discipline — clear communication, follow-ups, and timely delivery.

Key Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Web Developer, with a strong focus on WordPress.
- Strong front-end dev skills: HTML, CSS (SASS), JavaScrX ipt, PHP, WordPress theming, responsive frameworks.
- Proficient in Node.js and React, with experience building and maintaining enterprise applications.
- Excellent eye for visual design, layout, and interaction — you care how it looks and feels.
- Comfortable working with or without full design mockups.
- Experience optimizing websites for SEO and emerging GenAI-driven search behavior.
- Familiar with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Experience setting up Google Analytics, GTM, remarketing tags, and form integrations.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills — able to juggle multiple requests and deliver fast.
- Experience working closely with stakeholders across marketing, product, and design.
- Experience working in a fast-moving, startup or high-growth environment is a big plus.
