Tesla's Service Center in Düsseldorf is seeking Service Advisors to contribute to their mission of accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy. Responsibilities include managing daily workflow, overseeing service center operations, controlling warranty costs, maintaining workshop and vehicles, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, handling customer inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, digitally savvy, a strong communicator (fluent in German and English), a team player, flexible (including shift work, weekends, and evenings), and holds a valid EU driver's license and German work permit.
