Job Description

As an Imaging Operator, you will convert physical documents into digital format using advanced scanning equipment, ensuring safe handling of legacy records and accuracy of scanned images. You will be instrumental in achieving daily scanning targets using state-of-the-art production scanners at customer sites or Iron Mountain facilities. This role requires proficiency in scanning, availability for six-day work weeks with 8.5-hour shifts, basic computer skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Good To Have:
  • Prior experience with document scanning or handling production scanners is advantageous.
Must Have:
  • Proficiency in scanning legacy physical documents using overhead and automatic document feed scanners across various customer sites.
  • Availability to work six days a week, with a minimum of 8.5-hour shifts covering morning, day, and afternoon schedules.
  • Basic computer and laptop handling skills, including familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and the Windows calculator.
  • Strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, target-driven mindset, and a sense of responsibility towards assigned duties.
  • Effective communication skills, including basic email handling abilities.
  • Competence in handling internet-based data uploading and manual tracking of inward/outward registers.

About the role
