About the Role:
The Structured Product Content Acquisitions Analyst is primarily responsible for the monitoring and capture of tax information and data related to issuance of structured fixed income securities. The Content Acquisition Analyst will use a variety of tools including web scraping scripts, change detection tools, and manual monitoring to identify and capture tax details and data from publicly available regulatory filings.
Responsibilities:
- Extremely detailed and thorough, ensuring that all content produced is timely and accurately.
- Performing searches on pre-determined websites for regulatory filings (Prospectus, Pricing Supplements, etc.).
- Performing ad-hoc, search engine-based queries for regulatory filings.
- Identifying and extracting key data points and tables from regulatory filings.
- Verification of automated identification performed by internal systems.
- Handles escalations regarding content issues and accuracy internally.
- Ability to identify and communicate process changes to enhance efficiency.
- Ability to quickly adapt and implement changes to daily responsibilities.
- Provide quality work product, on-time (within project scope, schedule and budget) and without defects. Immediately report any impediments that put a deadline at risk.
- Demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively with Wolters Kluwer departments.
- Demonstrate an ability to manage administrative requirements, including timely submission of time sheets/billings, and adhere to CCOE deadlines.

- Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or project leader.
Requirements:
- Education:: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Preferred: experience with written summarization of legal content and/or content production experience in compliance/regulatory issues
- Preferred: Legal education
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Be analytical and detail oriented
- Have strong organizational skills
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Financial industry professional designations and/or legal background desirable.(preferred, not required)
