Job Description
- Good understanding of web technologies.
- Knowledge of database concepts.
- Proficiency in an additional Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese).
- Lead end-to-end software implementation projects along with a project manager, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Facilitate and lead client workshops to gather requirements and define solutions.
- Maintain and enhance project documentation.
- Configure the software to meet client requirements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with specifications.
- Facilitate client training sessions.
- Supervise and provide quality oversight of partner work to ensure best practices are followed.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to project deadlines.
- Engage in continuous improvement of consulting processes.
- Execute product and solution testing phases.
- 4+ years of experience in software development/implementation/support, preferably within large-scale corporate projects.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, .Net).
- Proven track record of end-to-end enterprise software implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluent in English.

ABOUT THE ROLE
