Junior Executive, Retail (Operations) - Sri Aman (Sarawak)

This role involves managing and monitoring daily retail operations across East Malaysia, leading problem-solving, and acting as the primary contact for retail operations. The Junior Executive will analyze performance data to improve efficiency, collaborate with other departments to establish SOPs, test new operational processes, and manage relationships with retail partners. Key responsibilities also include driving sales growth and ensuring partner satisfaction.

Must Have

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field
• Good communicator in both written & oral English
• Self-starter with good initiative and persistence
• Extremely proactive, organised and responsible
• Prior experience with performing data-driven analysis using Excel and visualisation tools (e.g., Metabase, Redash)
• A strong sense of ownership

Job Responsibility

• Manage and monitor daily operations of Retail services across East Malaysia. Lead problem-solving activities. Be the go-to person for Retail operations in East Malaysia.
• Make decisions and execute plans based on performance data to improve operational efficiency such as turnaround time, quality or cost efficiency based on the operational standards.
• Collaborate with other department (eg. Customer Service, Key Account Manager, Warehouse) to follow up, and if required, set up standard operating procedures.
• Test new operational processes on new services.
• Manage and maintain relationships with the Retail partners within East Malaysia.
• Drive sales growth, ensure partner satisfaction and facilitate effective communication between the company and its partner.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Personable and a good communicator in both written & oral English. Other language skills will be a plus.

Working days : Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9am-6pm OR 12pm-9pm.
