Our client is a leading travel service provider with over 50 years of global experience, seeking an Operations Manager in Taipei. This role involves managing worldwide tour operations, leading and developing the operations team, collaborating with various stakeholders, optimizing manpower, monitoring compliance, and handling complaint resolution and data analysis. Candidates should have strong supply chain/logistic and demand/supply planning experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and at least 10 years of experience, with 5+ in a managerial capacity, demonstrating leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Must Have:
  • Manage worldwide tour operations according to customer and agent requirements
  • Lead and develop the operations team ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with Country Managers, Sales team, and Network Offices
  • Work with Head of Operation on manpower optimization and efficiency improvements
  • Monitor cancellation deadlines and ensure compliance with standard SOPs
  • Handle complaint resolution efficiently and operate system for data analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Tourism / Hospitality Management
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience with 5+ years in a managerial role
  • Proven team leadership experience
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Mature professional capable of performing under pressure
  • Experience in supply chain / logistic
  • Strong demand / supply planning experience
