T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Operations & Support Service professional. The role requires 3-6 years of experience, focusing on German gPMO, service delivery improvement using STRIVE gPMO KPIs, and professional meeting conduct. Candidates must possess ITIL Foundation, PM Foundation, strong communication skills in German (C1) and English (C1), and a solution-finding approach for new demands and issues. The position involves stakeholder management, teamwork, adaptability, and taking ownership of project-specific service execution.

Must Have

  • ITIL Foundation certification

  • Conduct meetings professionally, adhering to Golden Meeting Rules
  • Knowledge and application of STRIVE process
  • Proficiency in Complaint Ticket Process
  • Take responsibility for project-specific service execution
  • Support basics of stakeholder management
  • Fluent German (C1 Level)
