Job Summary

Our client is an emerging leader in AI platform space, offering an enterprise-grade platform designed to connect human decision-making with intelligent automation. Their system brings together communication channels such as chat, email, web, CRM, and in-store touchpoints, enabling organisations to scale AI adoption with trust, context, and strong governance. The Software Developer will be responsible for workflow design and development using no-code/low-code tools, solution implementation for client-specific use cases, and developing platform expertise and best practices.

Must Have

  • 1-3 years of experience in workflow automation, RPA, or low-code tools
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and conditional logic
  • Scripting or front-end knowledge (JavaScript, JSON, Python)

Good to Have

  • Exposure to CRM systems
  • Exposure to ticketing tools
  • Exposure to BI dashboards

What you will do:

  • Workflow Design & Development
  • Build and maintain no-code/low-code automation flows using platform tools such as data boards, triggers, and channel integrations.
  • Translate business logic into reusable workflow modules spanning channels like Slack, WhatsApp, email, and web.
  • Develop end-to-end logic for automated routing, permissions, and multi-agent orchestration.
  • Solution Implementation & Customisation
  • Partner with Customer Success and Project Managers to implement client-specific use cases.
  • Adapt workflows based on dynamic profiles, knowledge hubs, and live system data.
  • Support proof-of-concept builds, validate logic flows, and ensure smooth handoff into production.
  • Platform Expertise & Best Practices
  • Develop deep understanding of the orchestration engine, SDKs, integrations, and governance architecture.
  • Suggest enhancements, reusable templates, and best practices for common industry workflows (e.g., financial services, enterprise operations).
  • Produce clear documentation for workflows, implementation steps, and long-term maintenance.

What you will need:

  • 1–3 years of experience in workflow automation, RPA, or low-code tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Power Automate, UiPath).
  • Strong logical thinking with an eye for detail in process design.
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and conditional logic.
  • Bonus: exposure to CRM systems, ticketing tools, or BI dashboards.
  • Scripting or front-end knowledge (JavaScript, JSON, Python).
