Client Development Team Lead

Lead and mentor a team of engineers developing mobile client and backend systems (Unity and other technologies). Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance features and services. Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to define requirements and deliver engaging player experiences. Roll out engineering practices, tools, and processes that improve code quality and development efficiency. Provide technical guidance, performance evaluations, and career development support to your team. Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Must Have

• Background in game development, live ops, or social/mobile gaming – a strong plus.
