Job Summary
SciPlay is seeking a talented Monetization Manager to join their team. This role involves driving revenue growth and optimizing the game experience for users by managing full-cycle campaign calendars, defining goals, executing promotions, and analyzing performance. The manager will leverage existing game mechanics and collaborate with various teams to constantly improve game performance and achieve company KPIs.
Must Have
- Develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly promotional plans according to the monetization strategy
- Implement promotions through campaign design and creative creation in all communication channels
- Responsible for operational launch of campaigns, QA, monitoring results, reacting accordingly, analyzing campaigns, and bringing insights for optimization
- Leverage product features and marketing tools for driving revenue growth and providing a good game experience
- Constantly come up with exciting new innovative ideas
- Constantly improve and optimize in a data-driven manner the game experience and performance to hit company KPIs
- Collaborate with creative, operations, game economy, BA, and product managers to execute in-game events & promotions
- 1+ years of experience as a monetization live-ops/CRM manager in a gaming company OR 2+ years in a similar B2C role
- Strong English written/verbal communication skills
- Outstanding creativity, drive, and data orientation
- Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
- Attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics
- A people person, positive, initiator, curious, independent, and a quick learner
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently or within a team environment
- Experience with planning in-app campaign calendar
- Working closely with all teams in executing in-app promotions

Position Summary
We are looking for a talented and a Monetization Manager to join our team.
The Monetization team is responsible for driving revenue growth and providing the best game experience to our users. To achieve company business goals, the team constantly optimizes the game experience and performance based on data.
As part of your role, you'll manage a full-cycle campaign calendar, including planning short & long-term activities, defining goals, executing, and analyzing performance. Possess a deep understanding of existing game mechanics and how to best utilize them within Monetization tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly promotional plans according to the monetization strategy
- In charge of the implementation of promotions through the campaign design and creative creation in all communication channels
- Responsible for the operational launch of campaigns, QA, monitoring results, reacting accordingly, analyzing the campaigns, and bringing insights for optimization
- Leverage product features and marketing tools for driving revenue growth and providing a good game experience to our players
- Constantly coming up with exciting new innovative ideas.
- Constantly improving and optimizing in a data-driven manner the game experience and performance in order to hit the company KPIs.
- Collaborate with the creative team, operations team, game economy team, BA, and product managers in order to execute in-game events & promotions.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience working as a monetization live-ops/ CRM manager in a gaming company OR 2+ years of experience in a similar role (Product Marketing, Branding, Growth Manager, etc.) in a B2C company.
- Strong English written/verbal communication skills
