Must Have
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Oracle cloud applications, infrastructure, and related services.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned Oracle accounts.
- Identify client needs and propose Oracle solutions that address business challenges.
- Collaborate with Oracle technical teams and PwC delivery partners.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Track sales pipeline, forecast revenues, and report on account performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably focused on Oracle applications, cloud, or infrastructure.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of Oracle product suite (Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, CX, SCM, Database, or Infrastructure services).
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business benefits for clients.
- Comfortable working in a matrix environment collaborating with multiple teams.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet client demands.
Good to Have
- MBA or relevant certifications (Oracle Cloud certifications, Sales certifications) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud products (ERP, HCM, CX, SCM, Database, Infrastructure) and experience in enterprise software sales.
- Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts through consultative selling and relationship-building.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and closing deals.
- Technical understanding to collaborate effectively with solution architects and deliver tailored Oracle solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales pipeline management, and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
