This paid internship in the R&D Department offers a multidisciplinary development program for graduates or students in technical fields, involving product development, testing, analysis, and collaboration with project teams.
Must Have
- Support new product and component development processes (concept, modeling, prototyping, testing)
- Participate in research, analysis, and verification of new products and manufacturing processes
- Analyze experiment/test results, draw conclusions, and propose corrective actions
- Perform administrative tasks related to new/improved analytical methods, verification, testing, and launching new machines/processes
- Contact and cooperate with project teams, other departments, and external suppliers
- Participate in trainings and workshops
- Graduate of 1st or 2nd degree studies (max. one year after graduation) or current student of 2nd-5th year of technical fields (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanics, Machine Building)
- Good English language skills (B1/B2) for communication
- Available 3-5 days a week
Good to Have
- International experience (e.g., foreign studies, exchange programs)
- Knowledge of technical drawing, dimensioning, and design software (Catia V5, NX, Ansys, HyperWorks)
- Knowledge of CAN communication protocol and CANalyzer/CANoe software
- Ability to read electrical diagrams

Job Description
Valeo Powertrain Systems in Czechowice-Dziedzice is currently recruiting for an Intern position in the R&D Department as part of the Multidisciplinary Development Program.
Your tasks will include:
- Supporting processes related to the development of new products and their components in various development phases (concept, modeling, prototyping, testing)
- Participation in research, analysis, and verification of new products and their manufacturing processes
- Analysis of experiment or test results, drawing conclusions, and proposing corrective actions
- Administrative work related to launching new or improving existing analytical methods, verification, testing, launching new machines or technological processes.
- Contact and cooperation with project teams, other company departments, and external suppliers of parts, machines, or services
- Participation in training and workshops

- You are a graduate of 1st or 2nd degree studies (max. one year after graduation) or a current student of 2nd-5th year of technical fields (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation and Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanics and Machine Building);

- Your strengths include independence, accuracy, and logical thinking
- You have good knowledge of English - enabling free communication (B1/B2)
- You are available 3-5 days a week
