Products Handled:

E-Axle, inverters, onboard chargers, DCDC converters, alternators, bumpers, clutches, park lock actuators, etc.

In the future, the role may also cover sales of inverters, motors, and other products.

Ratio of Existing vs. New Sales:

Currently, the focus is primarily on existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing accounts
  • Lead and manage the sales team
  • Develop customer development strategies
  • Handle customer negotiations (e.g., related to inflation or volume conditions)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through clear follow-ups and actionable plans
  • Report and share business progress with internal senior management
  • Support presentations and promotion of the engineering technology roadmap

Business Trip Frequency:

  • OEM visits: twice per month
  • Atsugi: once per week

Salary & Team Structure:

  • Annual salary: JPY 8.5M ※Negotiable depending on experience and skills
  • Team size: Approximately 2-3 members

Required:

  • Japanese: Business-level proficiency
  • English: Business-level proficiency (for communication with Valeo Europe and Korean joint ventures)
