Job Summary

Saxo Bank is seeking a Head of Sales & Relationship Management to lead and inspire one of its most successful sales teams in Prague. This role involves driving growth, innovation, and client success within digital sales and relationship management operations, specifically for the VIP business across multiple markets in CEE. The successful candidate will be part of the local senior leadership team, defining and executing strategy, managing top client relationships, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Must Have

  • Lead and inspire Office Sales and Relationship Management teams to exceed annual sales targets.
  • Oversee pipeline management, set and track KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching.
  • Promote collaboration across teams and lead skills development.
  • Define and implement growth strategies for VIP clients, driving business development.
  • Deliver outstanding VIP Client Experience and personally manage top clients.
  • Support KYC and due diligence for VIP clients, ensuring compliance with sales policies.
  • Extensive experience in sales leadership within financial services.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of trading and investing.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management in sales.
  • Experience working in an international environment and managing cross-border teams.
  • University degree.

Join our great team in our Prague office as our new Head of Sales & Relationship Management, where you’ll drive growth, innovation, and client success at the heart of our digital sales and relationship management operations.

As Head of Sales & Relationship Management for CEE, you’ll be responsible for leading our Sales and Relationship Management teams in Prague, cooperating on defining and executing our strategy for our key markets as well as personally managing some top client relationships. You’ll champion best practices, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure alignment with our Strategy. Expect a dynamic role with opportunities for travel, cross-border collaboration, and significant influence on our regional and global success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Inspire: Guide the Office Sales and Relationship Management teams to exceed annual sales targets, acting as a role model and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Performance Management: Oversee pipeline management, set and track KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching and feedback to maximize team performance.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Promote collaboration across teams, lead skills development
  • Strategic Growth: Define and implement growth strategies for our VIP clients, driving business development and expanding the client base across Active Trading and Investing.
  • VIP Client Experience: delivering outstanding VIP Client Experience in our region by your sales team as well as personally managing top clients and high-potential opportunities, ensuring exceptional service and conversion of key prospects.
  • Compliance & Best Practice: Support KYC and due diligence for VIP clients, ensuring compliance with sales policies and alignment with global priorities and the Strategy Execution Plan (SEP).

Your Profile

We are looking for an inspiring leader and coach with a passion for sales, trading and a proven track record in driving business growth. To become successful in this role you will need clear and motivating communication style and thriving in a multicultural, fast-paced environment. You’ll be required to excel at stakeholder management, foster team spirit and developing talent. If you are analytical, results-oriented, and comfortable making decisions that balance risk and opportunity, you should apply for this position in Prague.

Further;

  • Extensive experience in sales leadership within financial services
  • Excellent English communication skills including coaching. Proficient in Polish is an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of trading and investing including the differences between them
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management in sales.
  • Experience working in an international environment and managing cross-border teams.
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • University degree
