Job Description
1. Define user profiles through data analysis and formulate strategies to maintain high-value core user groups.
2. Establish a VIP operation system, formulate maintenance strategies, and promote their implementation, including user stratification and VIP benefit planning.
3. Conduct private domain operations on platforms like WeChat Work and mini-programs to enhance user penetration and content reach.
4. Liaise with the customer service team to assist in resolving user issues, collect user feedback and suggestions, and promote optimization.
5. Explore other directions related to private domain traffic business (e.g., offline events, external e-commerce).
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in online product VIP operations or private domain operations; familiarity with female-oriented games is a plus; senior player of "Infinity Nikki" is a plus.
2. Ability to respond promptly to daily tasks, strong stress resistance, and execution ability; excellent cross-departmental collaboration skills, rigorous logic, and clear expression.
