According to storyboard or original art design, and based on the requirements of the art director and animation director, complete character performance for cutscenes that aligns with the game's style and character personality, including facial expressions, colloidal animation, accessory props, demonstrating correct and reasonable movement effects, and giving life to characters.
2. Responsible for the quality and progress of project animation outsourcing, coordinating and promoting outsourcing work smoothly.
3. Communicate closely with upstream and downstream teams based on gameplay goals, debug and optimize animations in the engine, and collaborate to achieve a reasonable game experience.
1. Experience in theatrical animation film production, or five years or more of industry experience.
2. Possess a certain aesthetic ability for poses and a good sense of animation rhythm.
3. Excellent sense of shot composition and design ability, capable of creating Layout camera movement animation.
4. Strong desire and ability to perform, with rich imagination.
5. Proficient in the production of delicate facial expressions, able to create film and television level expression animation.
6. Extensive experience playing 3D games is a plus; please attach the names of the main games played and the duration of play.
7. Experience and ability in motion capture is a plus, familiar with mainstream engines such as Unity3D, UE4.
8. Possess excellent communication skills, planning and execution abilities, teamwork skills, creativity, and a high degree of professionalism, able to efficiently complete work tasks under pressure.
