- Create highly realistic facial rigs based on a deep understanding of facial anatomy and characteristics across global ethnicities.
- Be responsible for the creation, modification, and optimization of facial rigs within the MetaHuman framework, with demonstrated end-to-end experience from rigging to facial capture implementation.
- Collaborate closely with Animation, Modeling, and Technical Art teams to ensure facial rigs meet both technical performance and high-quality cinematic standards.
- Research, test, and integrate the latest facial capture technologies, optimizing the quality of data cleaning, mapping, and final animation output.
- Continuously follow industry trends in facial capture technology and rigging tools, with the ability to translate them into practical project applications.

2. Professional Expertise:
- Proficiency in MetaHuman facial rigging related knowledge, tools, and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with the entire pipeline from rigging design to facial capture solutions.
- Have shipped at least one realistic game (PC/console platforms) with high-quality character cutscene animations.
3. Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with industry-standard facial capture software/hardware (e.g., Dynamixyz, Faceware, DI4D).
- Solid understanding of the principles of matching facial animation data to rig-driven movements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize rigs and the capture pipeline to enhance the final visual quality.
