1. Responsible for the overseas cross-industry cooperation & IP linkage business development for the company's IPs, submitting IP cooperation development plans and cooperation solutions based on IP needs and game versions.
2. Continuously monitor overseas market trends, organize information, conduct research and analysis on high-quality projects, and regularly output research reports.
3. Combine personal project experience with creative and promotion departments, match implementable solutions for different projects, promote execution, project implementation, and follow-up on results, being responsible for project outcomes.
4. Collaborate with various internal departments and external companies, integrate internal and external company resources and IP-related resources, providing effective services and support for cooperation projects.
5. Maintain existing cooperation resources, including but not limited to contract term negotiation, communication for cooperation implementation.
6. Complete responsible projects based on company annual goals, while meeting IP version requirements and enhancing IP image and visibility.
7. Those with European/American resources or Japan-related resources preferred.
1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2-5 years of work experience in overseas IP cross-industry cooperation or brand cooperation (or other related positions). Possess relevant cases and a certain accumulation of cases (cross-border cooperation, cultural tourism, international IP linkage, etc.).
2. Possess certain creative planning ability and some experience/insights in marketing and promotion.
3. Possess business communication skills, clear thinking, problem-solving ability, and risk control ability.
4. Understand industry conditions and have a certain understanding of the company's IPs.
5. Possess good aesthetic and judgment ability, proficient in operating Office and other office software.
