Senior Business Analyst (Mobile Banking)

Roof Stacks is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in mobile or digital banking projects. The role involves understanding customer needs, analyzing business requirements, and guiding research and testing within an Agile framework. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, contributing to innovative projects in financial technology.

Must Have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in mobile or digital banking projects.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following domains: Cards, Loans, or Accounts.
• Prior experience in the Digital Banking / FinTech industry.
• Ability to fully understand customer's needs and create project processes.
• Ability to analyze business needs.
• Ability to create and guide various research and test requirements.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and deliver work according to deadlines.
