The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large language models, RAG, Agent architecture, and enterprise AI product design, with a commitment to continuous product optimization and user satisfaction.
Must Have

- Familiarity with large language models, RAG, Agent architecture, and implementation solutions
- Experience in enterprise-level AI product design with successful cases in intelligent agent building platforms, knowledge Q&A systems, and AI workflows
- Technical development background or computer-related professional background

Job Description
1. Responsible for demand mining and analysis of AI-related products, formulating reasonable product planning and roadmap based on user feedback and market dynamics.
2. Deeply understand diverse user scenarios, accurately capture the core needs of different types of users, and design product functions and interaction solutions that conform to scenario characteristics.
3. Pay attention to industry trends and technological development trends, explore innovative application scenarios of AI technology in products, and provide direction for product iteration.
4. Work closely with the R&D team to promote the implementation and application of AI technology in HR scenarios, ensuring the smooth realization and iterative optimization of product functions, and being responsible for the results.
5. Track product data performance, analyze user behavior, continuously optimize product experience, and improve user satisfaction and product value.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, familiar with large language models, RAG, Agent architecture, and implementation solutions.
2. Experience in enterprise-level AI product design, with successful implementation cases in intelligent agent building platforms, knowledge Q&A systems, AI workflows; with a technical development background or computer-related professional background.
3. Possess a strong sense of enterprise and curiosity, eager to explore unknown areas and maintain high sensitivity to new technologies and trends.
4. Good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively promote cross-departmental collaboration.
5. HR master data experience is preferred.
