Job Summary

Responsible for jewelry design for various IPs based on company product positioning and style, ensuring designs align with IP tone and market competitiveness. This includes collecting fashion trends, market research on competitors, and coordinating with suppliers for sampling and modifications. The role also involves overall design and creative conception for jewelry packaging and assisting with product implementation.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree or above in jewelry design, product design, or accessory design.
  • 2+ years of jewelry design experience.
  • Familiarity with jewelry production processes and structural craftsmanship.
  • Experience with diamond setting, silver-copper, and gold jewelry categories.
  • Proficiency in jewelry hand-drawing.
  • Skilled in design software like Illustrator, Jewelry Cad, Rhino, Procreate.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and predict information.
  • Knowledge of accessory matching, color, and aesthetics.
  • Strong design logical thinking.

1. Responsible for jewelry design work for different IPs based on the company's product positioning and style, ensuring designs conform to IP tone and are market competitive.

2. Responsible for collecting fashion trends and popular elements.

3. Responsible for market research and analysis of competitors, international brands, and best-selling products.

4. Responsible for liaising with suppliers for jewelry sampling, follow-up, and modification to ensure samples meet expected results.

5. Responsible for the overall design and creative conception of jewelry packaging, including packaging materials, styling, color matching, etc., and ensuring samples meet expected results.

6. Cooperate with the department to confirm information feedback and control product implementation.

7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in jewelry design, product design, accessory design, or related majors, with 2+ years of experience in jewelry design.

2. Familiar with jewelry production processes and structural craftsmanship; experience with full categories including diamond setting/silver-copper/gold.

3. Possess jewelry hand-drawing skills and be proficient in design software such as Illustrator, Jewelry Cad, Rhino, Procreate.

4. Possess information collection, analysis, and prediction abilities, with knowledge of accessory matching, color, and aesthetics, and good fashion taste.

5. High aesthetic sense, outgoing personality, strong teamwork ability, strong design logical thinking, efficient, responsible, and strong stress resistance.
