Job Summary
Responsible for developing motion capture software (Motionbuilder, Maya) to enhance efficiency and effects. Optimize the production pipeline from DCC tools to game engines (Unreal, Unity) by iterating director's console systems and digital content creation tools. Design and implement technical solutions to resolve issues and boost efficiency in the production workflow.
Must Have
- Full-time bachelor's degree or above in a computer-related major, with 3+ years of development experience.
- Proficient in DCC tools like Motionbuilder and Maya, capable of Python plugin development, and familiar with C# or C++.
- Familiar with common game engines (Unreal/Unity) and have some understanding of game animation processes.
- Passionate about games, interested in game development, with excellent learning ability to solve various development problems.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and teamwork ability.
Good to Have
- Experience in game/film and television animation production.
- Experience in algorithms.
