Job Summary
A Mechatronics Intern at Papegames in Shanghai will be involved in the mechanical design, manufacturing, and optimization of motion capture tools, including 3D modeling, assembly, welding, and debugging. The role also includes hardware prototype testing, microcontroller programming for basic control functions, and assisting with technical documentation. Candidates should be full-time students in mechanical, electronic, or automation engineering, proficient in 3D design software, and have basic C language programming skills.
Must Have
- Full-time undergraduate or above student in mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, automation, or related fields
- Proficient in SolidWorks or at least one 3D design software for modeling and drafting
- Good hands-on ability for hardware development, including circuit welding, mechanical assembly, and debugging
- Understand basic principles of microcontrollers and possess basic C language programming skills
- Good learning ability, communication skills, and teamwork spirit
- Able to intern for 3 months or more, with a minimum of 3 days attendance per week; immediate availability preferred
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Python or C++ programming
- Experience in electronic design competitions, robotics competitions, or related projects

1. Participate in the mechanical structure design of motion capture tools, complete 3D modeling and engineering drawing design.
2. Participate in tool manufacturing and optimization, including assembly, welding, and basic debugging.
3. Participate in hardware product prototype testing and problem feedback.
4. Write and debug microcontroller programs to achieve basic control functions.
5. Assist the team in organizing and writing technical documentation.
Job Requirements
1. Full-time undergraduate or above student, majoring in mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, automation, or related fields.
