Job Summary
The Asset Management Expert will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT assets, including budget planning, execution, and reporting. This role involves maintaining accurate asset inventories, overseeing procurement, deployment, and retirement of hardware and software, and ensuring compliance with security policies. The expert will also drive the optimization of asset management processes, standards, and digital systems, focusing on improving efficiency, utilization, and cost-effectiveness through data analysis and strategic planning.
Must Have
- Assist with annual and quarterly budget planning and execution
- Track and manage budget execution, including forecasting and reporting
- Manage IT assets (hardware, software licenses, digital tools) throughout their lifecycle
- Oversee asset procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement
- Implement security policies related to company assets
- Develop and optimize asset management operational processes and workflows
- Formulate asset allocation standards and management systems
- Promote the establishment of a digital asset management system

- Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, finance, technology management or related majors
- 8+ years of experience in operations or project management
- Familiarity with asset management and procurement processes
- Solid experience in budget management, financial forecasting, and analysis reporting
- Proficiency in office software and mainstream project management tools
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization skills, including dashboards and reporting tools
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

1. Budget Planning and Management: Responsible for assisting with annual and quarterly budget planning, working closely with IT, business stakeholders, and financial partners to ensure budget alignment with all parties' needs; comprehensively tracking and managing budget execution, including forecasting, software copyright management, capitalization, variance analysis, data aggregation, and reporting.
2. Asset Management: Responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT assets, covering office hardware, software licenses, and digital tools, maintaining accurate and timely asset inventories; overseeing and assisting with asset procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement, including software license and account allocation, usage tracking, etc.; implementing and executing security policies related to company assets; timely handling the delivery and docking of IT and administrative orders.
3. Overall Asset System Construction: Responsible for continuously developing, implementing, and optimizing asset management operational processes and workflows to improve overall process efficiency; formulating asset allocation standards and related management systems to enhance asset utilization efficiency and compliance; promoting the establishment of a digital asset management system to achieve asset information visualization and process automation.
4. Asset Performance and Cost Optimization: Regularly analyze equipment utilization data, identify inefficient assets (e.g., long-term idle equipment, high-failure-rate hardware), and provide suggestions for disposal or redistribution; systematically review procurement and asset-related cost distribution to identify redundant costs; formulate targeted optimization plans based on business needs and asset status, and promote the implementation of cost reduction measures.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, finance, technology management or related majors; 8+ years of experience in operations or project management, with preference for experience in technology, digital or R&D fields; preference for those with experience in asset management system construction and system building, familiar with asset management and procurement processes.
2. Solid experience in budget management, financial forecasting, and analysis reporting.
3. Proficient in office software and mainstream project management tools, skilled in data analysis and visualization, and proficient in using dashboards and reporting tools.
4. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities; excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effective communication with stakeholders in technical and non-technical fields.
5. Proactive and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
