Legal - IP Derivatives Direction

This role involves drafting, reviewing, and revising various Chinese and English IP derivative cooperation agreements. It also includes reviewing legal risks in e-commerce and derivative business processes, providing compliance advice, and assisting with infringement handling in coordination with regulatory bodies or external lawyers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, over 3 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in English. They should be familiar with IP derivatives or e-commerce laws, possess strong legal analysis, problem-solving, and risk prediction skills, and be adaptable to the fast-paced internet industry.

Must Have

• Draft, review, and revise IP derivative cooperation agreements.
• Review legal risks in e-commerce and derivative business processes.

Job Description

1. Draft, review, and revise various Chinese and English IP derivative cooperation agreements.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Law/Legal, with more than 3 years of relevant work experience, and English as a working language.

2. Familiar with the IP derivatives or e-commerce industry and related laws, regulations, and industry rules.

3. Possess keen legal analysis ability, problem-solving ability, and risk prediction ability, with good team cooperation awareness.

4. Strong work initiative, strong stress resistance, and ability to adapt to the rapid development of the internet industry.
