3. According to gameplay goals, work closely with programmers or planners to debug and optimize interactive performance in the engine, achieving physics-based or state-driven interactive performance.
1. Experience in large open-world 3D game production, or five years or more of industry experience.
2. Possess rich game engine experience, deeply understand Unity3D, UE's animation blueprints, state machines, and blend trees.
3. Have a deep understanding of motion principles, especially skilled in creating believable, textured animations for inanimate objects.
4. Excellent camera composition sense and design ability, capable of producing Layout camera motion animations.
5. Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, familiar with the basic concepts of procedural animation or physical animation, and able to clearly communicate implementation plans with programmers and planners.
6. Bonus if you have played a large number of 3D games; please attach the names and playtime of the main games played.
7. Bonus if you have experience using MotionMatching technology and producing interactive animations for it, and bonus if you have motion capture experience and ability.
