Job Summary
This role involves developing and maintaining animation workflows, including state machines, blueprints, and sequences. The Animation TA will provide technical support to animators, troubleshoot art tool issues, and continuously optimize existing workflows to enhance efficiency and visual effects. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with other development teams for testing and integration.
Must Have
- Proficient in various art production processes
- Proficient in mainstream DCC art software (Maya or Max animation tools)
- Proficient in animation skinning, facial expression, and Max/Maya rigging
- Proficient in C# and Python programming
- Proficient in Unity and Unreal engines and animation systems

1. Develop and maintain animation workflows, including but not limited to animation state machines, animation blueprints, and sequences.
2. Responsible for solving problems encountered in daily use of art tools and providing technical support to animators.
3. Continuously develop and optimize existing workflows, improve efficiency, and optimize art effects.
4. Responsible for docking with other development stages, testing and joint debugging.
Job Requirements
1. Proficient in various art production processes, skilled in mainstream DCC art software, and proficient in at least one (Maya or Max) animation tool and technology.
2. Understand the production process of each art segment.
3. Proficient in animation skinning, facial expression rigging, and Max/Maya rigging.
4. Proficient in C# and Python programming languages.
5. Proficient in Unity and Unreal engines, with relevant development experience, and proficient in animation systems.
6. Good teamwork and communication skills.
