We are partnering with a leading industry company specializing in high-end game development to find a talented Senior Animator for their remote in-region team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals passionate about creating realistic and immersive character animations for AAA projects. The role involves working on innovative projects within a dynamic environment, contributing to both internal and external asset development, and leading animation initiatives.

Must Have

• Lead the creation of high-quality character animations, including keyframes and motion capture-based performances.
• Develop realistic, non-cartoony animations for high-end indie and AAA-style games.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and art teams to integrate animations into game engines.
• Maintain consistency in animation style and quality across various assets.
• Manage the animation pipeline, including rigging, prototyping, and pipeline improvements.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional animation experience in game development, with at least one AAA title shipped.
• Strong demo reel demonstrating a range of realistic and performance-driven character animations.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Maya, Blender, and MotionBuilder, with expertise in Unity animation integration.
• Deep understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, timing, and acting principles relevant to realistic animation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, take direction, and proactively solve problems in a multidisciplinary team.
