Provide first-level support to end-users and external clients, handling phone calls, chats, or emails to identify and diagnose issues. This includes consulting technical documentation, escalating to third-party support when necessary, and performing technical analysis, installation, and configuration of software (Microsoft Office, browsers) and some hardware. Responsibilities also cover network computer setup, remote maintenance of computers and printers, network printer installation, virus scanning and removal, software/hardware testing, and email account configuration.
Must Have:- Graduation in IT and similar areas.
- Intermediate knowledge of Operating Systems.
- Basic knowledge of Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Basic knowledge of Networks.
- Intermediate knowledge of Internet (connection, navigation, intranet, internet, proxy configuration, CMD tests, etc.).
- Knowledge in Desktop and printer installation and maintenance.
- Knowledge in software installation and configuration.
- Skill in Organization and Methods.
- Skill in Negotiation and communication.
- Skill in Relationships.
- Good communication and ability to multitask.
- Workload: 36 hours.
- Availability to work on Saturdays.
