Job Description

Sperasoft is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems. This role involves ensuring smooth daily IT operations, assisting employees with technical issues, and maintaining infrastructure. Key responsibilities include processing complex requests, network cabling and troubleshooting, server oversight, setting up workspace environments, equipment purchasing, and maintaining IT inventory and documentation.
Must Have:
  • Knowledge in hardware/network/software troubleshooting
  • Knowledge in Windows 7/8/8.1/10 troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory (user accounts management)
  • Ability to write precise technical documentation
  • Ability to provide end-user face-to-face and remote support
  • Knowledge of PC, network, and technology procurement processes
  • At least 1.5+ years of professional IT support experience
  • English language skills

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily IT operations, assist employees with technical issues, and help maintain our infrastructure in top condition.

Requirements

  • Knowledge in hardware/network/software troubleshooting
  • Knowledge in Windows 7/8/8.1/10, troubleshooting
  • Hands on experience with Active Directory (user accounts management)
  • Ability to write technical documentation in a precise manner
  • Ability to provide end user face-to-face and remote support; strong customer service attitude and approach
  • Knowledge and understanding of the PC, network, and other technology procurement processes; ability to order parts quickly and inexpensively
  • Professional experience in IT support of at least 1.5+ years
  • English language skills required

Responsibilities

  • Processing complicated requests, network, hardware and specific software troubleshooting
  • Networking cabling, bundling and troubleshooting
  • Server oversight and maintenance (without direct administering)
  • Setup workspace environment – software, game engine etc.
  • Equipment purchasing
  • Keeping internal documentation at the actual state
  • IT inventory
