Responsibilities:

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of Automatic crimping machines and related machinery sold Indian market

Provide pre-sales technical support to distributors

Should be hands-on

Able to work with Japanese people by matching their hard work, teamwork, and professional ethics

Loyalty to employer and utmost care to achieve customer satisfaction at all times

Should be able to travel to client locations anywhere in India on short notice

Should be able to travel to Japan or other company locations worldwide wherever required

Should commit to long-term employment with the company

Qualifications required

Degree or Diploma (preferably Mechanical or Electrical),

2 years or more experience in crimping machine maintenance,

4 years or more experience in sales or support of capital equipment (machinery)
