Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of Automatic crimping machines and related machinery sold Indian market
- Provide pre-sales technical support to distributors
- Should be hands-on
- Able to work with Japanese people by matching their hard work, teamwork, and professional ethics
- Loyalty to employer and utmost care to achieve customer satisfaction at all times
- Should be able to travel to client locations anywhere in India on short notice
- Should be able to travel to Japan or other company locations worldwide wherever required
- Should commit to long-term employment with the company
Qualifications required
- Degree or Diploma (preferably Mechanical or Electrical),
- 2 years or more experience in crimping machine maintenance,
- 4 years or more experience in sales or support of capital equipment (machinery)
