Responsibilities include managing daily workflow, overseeing service center operations and warranty costs, maintaining workshop and vehicle upkeep, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, handling customer inquiries via phone and email, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, digitally savvy, a strong communicator (fluent in German and English), a team player, flexible with shift work (including weekends and evenings), and holds a valid EU driver's license and German work permit. This role contributes to Tesla's mission of sustainable energy and the future of the automotive industry.
