Tesla is seeking a Service Advisor in Stuttgart to contribute to their mission of accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy. Responsibilities include independently managing daily workflow, overseeing service center operations, controlling warranty costs, maintaining workshop and vehicle upkeep, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, handling customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring top-tier service, and collaborating with the Service Manager and team. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, digitally savvy, a strong communicator in German and English, a team player, flexible (including shift work), and holds a valid EU driver's license and German work permit.
