Belka Games is seeking an experienced Office Manager in Georgia to handle diverse administrative tasks and maintain a friendly, efficient office environment. The role involves day-to-day support, managing supplies, organizing events, overseeing office conditions, and assisting employees with various needs, including international business trips and relocation information for Georgia. The ideal candidate is a multitasker who enjoys helping people and can manage both challenging and routine responsibilities.
Must Have
- Providing day-to-day administrative support for the office
- Handling all office-related orders (equipment, stationery, kitchen, and cleaning supplies)
- Working with the event team and organizing events in the office
- Maintaining cleanliness and comfort in the office
- Arranging the delivery of equipment and gifts to employees who live in Batumi
- Assisting system administrators with setting up equipment remotely
- Selecting furniture, overseeing the office's conditions, and arranging repairs when necessary
- Ensuring food and water are supplied to the office
- Communicating with local suppliers, couriers, and partners
- Providing assistance and translation help to the Regional Director and employees
- Providing informational support to employees who are planning to move to Georgia
- Arranging international business trips for employees
- Handling all office-related communication with suppliers
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience (Office Manager/Office Administrator)
- Proficiency in Georgian and Russian languages
- Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude
- Readiness for both challenging and exciting tasks as well as routine tasks

We're looking for an experienced multitasker who'll be able to resolve various administrative issues while simultaneously keeping the office up and running.

What we need from you:
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience (Office Manager/Office Administrator)
- Proficiency in Georgian and Russian languages
- Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
- Knowledge of administrative procedures or long-time residence in Georgia would be considered a bonus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
