We're looking for a Chief Product Officer to shape the future of our games and drive our product portfolio's success. This is a key role for a strong and ambitious leader who knows how to build winning strategies, inspire teams, and turn data into decisions that move the business forward.
What you'll be doing:
- Forming and implementing the company's product strategy in accordance with our business goals
- Ensuring the alignment of strategies across all products and monitoring their implementation
- Participating in key product decisions
- Developing a team of producers and helping them achieve results
- Defining KPIs for producers and managing their implementation
- Working with other department heads to identify new opportunities for growth
- Communicating with external partners
What we need from you:
- Product management experience in the game industry (CPO, VP of Product, Head of Product, Executive Producer, or similar roles)
- Mobile F2P game expertise and a deep understanding of the casual mobile games market and its trends
- Successful experience building and implementing a product strategy
- The ability to use analytical tools and product metrics confidently, as well as to make data-driven decisions
- Experience managing and growing a team of producers or product managers
- The ability to combine strategic thinking with attention to detail
- Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills
- B2+ level of English
