Job Summary
We are seeking talented Animators for a short-term contract to contribute to exciting and high-profile projects. You will collaborate with our creative team to produce compelling character and creature animation, as well as motion for inanimate objects, using industry-standard tools. The role involves creating believable and appealing character/creature animation, as well as object and camera animations, working closely with Animation Supervisors and Leads to meet creative and technical goals, following established animation style and direction, ensuring animation is delivered on time and meets quality standards, responding positively to feedback, and collaborating effectively with other teams.

- Strong understanding of animation principles.
- Ability to take direction and work in a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A strong portfolio or reel.

- Create believable and appealing character/creature animation, as well as object and camera animations.
- Work closely with Animation Supervisors and Leads to meet creative and technical goals.
- Follow established animation style and direction as per project needs.
- Ensure the animation is delivered on time and meets quality standards.
- Respond positively to feedback and adapt quickly to direction changes.
- Collaborate effectively with rigging, layout, and lighting teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in character and/or creature animation in feature films, episodic series, or high-end commercials.
- Strong understanding of animation principles such as timing, weight, and acting.
- Ability to take direction and work in a team-driven environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A strong portfolio or reel demonstrating a range of animation styles.
- Availability for immediate or near-immediate onboarding on a short-term contract.
- Work type; WFO and WFH both are available, if the candidate is out of Chennai.
